A bittersweet Cherry tasting flavour by Flavor Apprentice. Cherry is one of the most difficult flavours to replicate without tasting soapy or artificial. TFA Black Cherry is up there with the best of them, and can work well in a recipe if used in quantities 4% and below.
Remember, taste is subjective. We recommend using TFA Black Cherry in recipes at no more than 4%.
