New York Cheesecake - Flavour Concentrate

This flavour by Capella is used in a large majority of cheesecake recipes. It works as a wonderful base for adding fruits.
Rember, taste is subjective. We recommend using CAP New York Cheesecake in recipes at approximately 3%, and for single flavour recipes at 10%.
